Murphy is a better offensive catcher than Romine, he's going to open the year in AA and has some pretty solid defense. Romine might be a slightly better trade candidate, but Murphy is a lot younger and has a higher ceiling. Turley is a big lefty who profiles as a #3/4 starter, and figures to be a relatively safe prospect.

I like the Tabata idea, but I'm not sold on him being worth enough. I don't know Grimm or the Blue Jays farm system. From a rating standpoint, where do you feel the two command in return?
I am thinking Morneau could yield an A-/B+ type guy and Willingham B+/B- rangeComment

Something told me you were gonna say that...
I got a trade for you. Since it is another user, you can build a trade for Strasburg. Now I know that everyone in here will bash me for this. But, if you make it fair I don't see a problem. It will take more than him don't you think AC?Red Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!

Well, trading Lawrie is unrealistic so that's why I mentioned it. I would've never endorsed a trade for him in a normal offline 'chise. But I knew it would take more than just Lawrie...Red Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!

Lawrie, and your 3 best prospects on your team and they must be A's... I honestly wouldn't think any team that had strasburg would trade him but that's what it would take...Comment

Maybe Lawrie, 2 As and a mid B. Lawrie's worth about 2 As (Don't remember the spreadsheet off the top of my head) so that's 2 Top Prospects, a very above avg. prospect, and a possible future top 3 3B.Red Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!
