Or simply trade some no name prospect to Texas for Julio BorbonFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking as well. Even with the M's having Walker, Paxton, Hultzen and Maurer, a team can't get enough arms. Strasburg and Gio won't be moved so Zimmermann is a nice option. Guess Detwiler could be sent packing as well but Zimmermann is the main target if you ask meFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
So first off I can see your new, so please don't triple post in the future.
Second off rjackson, AC, NFG, etc. Know a lot about baseball and player values, so don't say they know nothing, or be rude.
And lastly, I will not help you if you're going to have attitudes to us. If you are like that, you won't make to much friends on this forum...
As for Cabrera and the Cards, they also didn't match up for a reason. The Cards do not value him as much as Cleveland does. I'd say you could get Matt Adams for him plus a low C prospect and that is about it. They won't give up pitching, or much of anything else for that matter right now. Now, that could change depending on standings near the ASB. That's what I meant by they "refused" him.
Please keep in mind that a lot of what is asked here is speculation and opinion. This thread is a great place for people to determine if their idea for a trade is either fair and/or realistic so they can run their franchises without feeling guilty about ripping off the computer. Really though, you never know what is going to happen or would happen, it is just speculation. Then, teams like KC and SD get unrealistic expectations and go in the wrong directions...Comment

I'm the Cubs... Trying to send off Soriano to make way for Brett Jackson and maybe one of my pitching prospects (24yr A potential, 73 OVR) to get a decent 3B or MLB ready pitching prospect. Any ideas?Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I think if you gave them another slightly above replacement level pitcher back it'd be fine
I'm thinking Happ but I know you want lefties so giving one up probably wouldn't help"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment
