You have to format the USB stick to have a folder called "PS3", inside that folder have a folder called "SAVEDATA" and then put the unzipped franchise file in the SAVEDATA folder on the USB stick.

If you do not format it this way the PS3 WILL NOT read it.

        Wow, page 25....

Here is HustlinOwl's franchise link with MetsFans update to Knights roster...
Now, after dloading this file, we need to put it in a folder group on our USB drives correct?

Folders on USB: PS3>SAVEDATA> then the franchise file... correct?

Oh, on a question related to franchise files...

If we want to put in some of our own sounds and audio clips... we can't do that with the franchise file correct? We would have to get the LetsgoMets roster file and then go to Franchise mode after we put in our audio?

Damn this is a lot of stuff to keep track of...

                  Incorrect.

You can add audio to this franchise file. You can add audio during the season for any player and situation...

You have to copy it from the USB sitck to the PS3 HDD from the XMB. Then you start the game, go to franchise, continue franchise, and load it from there.

I can answer this one. FAT32 is all that works with PS3, and also Xbox.

We can? I couldn't find "Sounds of the Game" menu option anywhere in another franchise file I was using.... hmmm. I'll go look again....

If so, that would be perfect... I'll dload Hokie's franchise and put my music into it.

and once you have it on the your stick, you need to go to the game segment on xmb, Save Data Utility I think its called, and there you wiwll see your external drive and its files. Hit the arrow key on the file you want, and select copy, and it will copy it to the PS3 hard drive, and it will then be available from within the game. The game will not see anything on an external drive, it has to be copied to the PS3 drive.

EDIT sorry, I meant the Triangle Key. You will see it shows the key and the word "Options" hit the key and select copy.

You go to roster management, select the player and hit edit player. Then you can R1 over to the players sounds for walkups and such.

I am not sure though if you can add sounds for situations I dont even know where to find that...
