FYI...I spelled receives wrong every time in this post...I am not fixing it!!!!!

Also....the teams are set with only 25 men on each 40 man roster(so the CPU will not adjust the lineups and rotations)....if I get time...I will also give you guys a list for each club on who "should" be on the 40 man(the extra 15)...but if you look on www.baseballreference.com at the team pages...you can kind of decide for yourself on the most used guys according to your preference.
These are really to be used with 30 team control....everything set to manual...so the 40 mans don't really matter. That would be if you want to add a bit of "what if" to it and put injuries ON(instead of MANUAL) and then have the CPU decide on callups and such....but it's not really intended for this set...
I would however take the time to check on some of the big names to see if they need to be injured at some point(I don't have that info)...according to games played(Tony Gwynn is a good example)

    Enjoy.

I will post the transaction sheet in the next post...the attachment never works for me. Sorry.
I think it is pretty clear on how to do these transactions. Some are one sided so you will have to trade a non-real player for that deal. I suggest the waiver deals to be done as trades(easier)...but I included the dates for both.

I didn't get enough time in to test these as I would have like with the last three teams completed...so if there is anything glaring...I will update it and re-upload.
The Vault version should be up shortly.

Thanks for all you patience guys.....it's much appreciated.

Knight, you are the man! I will be DL'ing these and checking them out shortly.

Question for anyone that can answer: Can you have multiple seasons where you are using 30-team control? I ask because I'm playing a season with my '86 roster set and I don't believe it prompted me to name the save - I think it just saved it to something like "30 Team Control". I REALLY want to start a separate season with these rosters, as well, but don't want to mess my current one up.

              YES!!!!!!

Knight, you know how much respect I have for you. Thanks again for your hard work. That transaction post is sick! I've got that stickied on my laptop and will be making all of those moves as the season goes on. It'll be my first go-round with 30-team control and I'm looking forward to it.

Can't wait to see Piazza, Ventura, Alfonzo, Leiter, Ordonez and co. take the field @ Shea

I can't thank you enough Knight. Since I will probably skip MLB11 these rosters will make it like a new game. My main franchise is with your osfm rosters (strutt24done!!! to be exact). Looking forward to your classic set as well.

It's a great game but you take it to another level entirely!

                Thanks,

As great as these rosters are, I have to strongly discourage anyone from complimenting them by saying they won't be paying these instead of buying MLB 11, because then we will NEVER get more classic stadiums, uniforms, league editor options, etc.

Agreed. Forgot where I was in the excitement. What I meant to say is how much I'm looking forward to Knight's MLB 11 rosters!

Boys...don't forget....you have to start a FRANCHISE to get access to EVERY player for that season.
ALL players for 2000 are included. If a player has a first initial only...FAKE
If he is uneditable...he is a dev(look for 000 service time and not able to edit as the indicator) and is not a 2000 player.
I severely edited any real player who did not play in 2000. It should be pretty apparent.

Thanks for the comments/thanks and support. It's my pleasure to share these with you guys.
Off to play against Bobby Bo and the rest of Florida.

Re: Turn Back the Clock: 2000 Season Replay-A Subway Series

Wow what a way to start my first game with this roster set. I played Yankees at O's (Me). It was El Duque vs. Mussina. It was 2-2 after 6 which is when I took out Mussina. In the 7th I put in Mike Tremblay (Former Twin) which he decided to give up two runs in just 2/3 an inning. A third run came off another reliever in the inning. So it's now a 5-2 Yankee lead. In the 8th the Yanks tack on another run to make it 6-2 with a Posada HR.

Now the fun begins. I score 5 runs in the 8th including a pinch hit 2 run shot from Jeff Conine. I pinch hit Conine for Clark due to the fact that I wanted a Righty vs. Lefty matchup. So I lead 7-6 in the 9th. Paul O'neill singles with 2 outs and Bernie Williams would reach on a booted ball by my 2nd baseman. So I'm facing Tino Martinez with 2 outs and two on. He was already 3-4. I ended up striking him out and got the victory. It honestly was the most exciting game I have played yet in this game.

All I got to say is boy is that a great way to break in these rosters. I still gotta decide who I wanna do a season with. I'm thinking I'll stick with my Twins since it will be a really tough challenge and I can play in the dome.

Anyway great job Knight! It was well worth the wait for these rosters thats for sure. Once again thanks for all your effort and I hope everyone else can enjoy these as much as I already am.

                              Awesome!
I love to hear the stories of the games you guys play. LOVE IT.
...and that sounds like a great one. Thanks bwiggy...

Well....my first game as the Mets vs. the Marlins did not go so well for my boys.
It was Game 1 of the season....Hampton vs. Dempster.(Manage only Mode)
Dempster was mostly dominant....he had 12 K's and handled my lineup pretty easily except for one fellow. Robin Ventura. Ventura was 3 for 4 with THREE HOMERUNS! Batman was responsible for 3 of the 6 Met hits and all of the Met runs as I lost 5-3. The eighth inning was a killer as I was down 4-3 and brought in Dennis Cook to try and combat the lefty bats of Kotsay and Floyd in the Florida half of the inning. He gave up the tack on run and although I managed to get a double in my half of the inning(Derrek Bell)....I couldn't plate him with either Alfonso or Piazza(5 K's between them...three for Alfonso)
Hampton had a rough first three innings, but I managed to squeeze 7 out of him as he evened up for the final for to keep my guys in it...but Dempster had their number.
Good stuff...I somehow messed up the Highlight Reel(I really want to use them for the Dynasty page).....perhaps Game 2 which is Leiter vs. Jesus Sanchez.

                              M.K.

Out of curiosity I decided to sim a season using these rosters up to the All Star break to see the lineups and compare history. Here is how the lineups play themselves out, these include a DH spot but the 2000 All Star game was at Turner Field so there actually was no DH

                                AL NL
