I did edited all the pitches/players from Oakland/LAA/SEA and edited pitchers if they were the top 10 players in their organization.

BA seems a little high for the top end, but mid-level avg. and HRs are near perfect. The Ks and BBs for the pitchers looked pretty good, too. Did you edit Jurrjens with the spreadsheet I posted? Way high on his numbers.

Yeah I did. Sometimes players just have good numbers, i'm sure it wouldn't happen on a yearly basis. I'm liking the power numbers though.

            My Rangers were like this...
            Kinsler - 140 G, .287, 25 HR, 75 RBI, 61 BB, 85 SO
            Andrus - 145 G, .254, 2 HR, 35 RBI, 65 BB, 137 SO
            Hamilton - 148 G, .291, 28 HR, 99 RBI, 60 BB, 112 SO
            Beltre - .294, 19 HR, 76 RBI, 24 BB, 93 SO
            Young - 162 G, .270, 13 HR, 84 RBI, 46 BB, 106 SO
            Cruz - 114 G, .295, 22 HR, 74 RBI, 40 BB, 88 SO
            Napoli - 86 G, .259, 17 HR, 59 RBI, 33 BB, 88 SO
            Murphy - 99 G, .307, 7 HR, 46 RBI, 35 BB, 71 SO
            Moreland - 140 G, .262, 15 HR, 67 RBI, 39 BB, 94 SO
            Gentry - 136 G, .277, 8 HR, 66 RBI, 49 BB, 105 SO
            Torrealba - 81 G, .263, 4 HR, 17 RBI, 19 BB, 52 SO
            Gonzalez - 75 G, .256, 0 HR, 18 RBI, 18 BB, 36 SO
            Snyder - 29 G, .291, 0 HR, 3 RBI, 9 BB, 19 SO

As you can see Napoli missed a lot of time causing him to hit under 20 HRs, same with Cruz.

            Harrison - 15-8, 2.87 ERA, 193 H, 75 BB, 164 SO, 210.0 IP
            Feliz - 12-12, 3.79 ERA, 207 H, 78 BB, 196 SO, 204.0 IP
            Lewis - 11-13, 4.18 ERA, 213 H, 69 BB, 209 SO, 202.1 IP
            Holland - 13-6, 2.71 ERA, 156 H, 58 BB, 155 SO, 176.1 IP
            Ogando - 7-6, 4.46 ERA, 160 H, 53 BB, 118 SO, 159.1 IP
            Darvish - 10-6, 4.93 ERA, 152 H, 54 BB, 116 SO, 127.2 IP
            Ross - 6-4, 2.38 ERA, 62 H, 17 BB, 67 SO, 79.1 IP
            Lowe - 7-1, 3.25 ERA, 72 H, 15 BB, 82 SO, 69.1 IP
            Uehara - 6-1, 2.36 ERA, 66 H, 19 BB, 76 SO, 68.2 IP
            Adams - 3-3, 2.80 ERA, 46 H, 16 BB, 52 SO, 54.2 IP
            Nathan - 49 SV, 2.81 ERA, 45 H, 16 BB, 53 SO, 51.1 IP

I'm gonna keep using DM's calculator (I like the 3 year average like SCEA uses)... What do you think about HR/AVE #'s with DM's calculator?

Care to elaborate more on this....

lets take Elvis Andrus for example...

(37/50)/2 = so then a br ability rating of 37? or would that be aggressiveness?

Anthony Gose is the Leader in attempts with 80.

                        (50/80)=.625*.50%=.3125=31, does that seem accurate?

Sorry. Aggressiveness was attempts divided by the league leader in attempts. Then the ability was sb %/ league leader in percentage X100.

Okay so that means for Elvis it should be...

                            Aggressiveness= (50/80)=0.625=63
Ability=(74/94 (Utley is rated 94% (15/16 steals, otherwise it would be 90%)=78 or 82.
