Glad to be back, I will post some stats and such from my next game. I've actually stopped relying on Guess Pitch and started using the see-the-ball-hit-the-ball approach and it has worked wonders on my game.

Well I was the W sox vs Tor in Chicago and I also had 4 HR just like the W Sox huh ?

Only one concern there was 2 infleid base hits on rountine plays of hard hit balls .
Lewis on me to Alexi ss I even release the ball quick ?
Beckham on a liner that had a slight bobble by Tor ss .
I raised Arm strength at thge end but I feel it might be a Fld speed thing , you know like his ball release ?
Everything else is great Titus any suggestion for me as I play your sliders Exact .

Maybe fielder reaction would help, but really not sure what to do about what ur saying is happening. Been so busy lately, haven't been able to play a game in a few days or so myself. Once I do, I'll pay closer attention to this, and see what I think may help.

Reaction is fine so I raised Arm stength and its PERFECT ! Slow guys dont tag up on shallow flys and I actually had guys stop and start on a tagup , great stuff and with it at 4 the AI logic really kicks in .

That def sounds reasonable. I had it low to help with them getting tagged out at 3rd. But if it at 4 or even 5 the logic kicks in where they wont tag up cuz of that, then that would be even better. Keep it there and lemme know how it continues to work for you. Thanks for the feedback!

Titus I have tried pshycos for sometime and avg. 3-5 hits a game rarely do I get more. I will try these. Looks like a lot of people are happy.

You hit the nail on the head about the logic ! with the arm strength at 4 more guys dont get thrown out like you would think and they also play smarter but I also have errors at 5 so that also effects accuracy a bit also .

i told myself that i wouldn't make any comments untill i had 20 games under my belt. well, i've played 33 games of my yankee season and so far i'm loving my results. my record is 20-13. 1/2 game up on the rays. in april i was 11-11 and thinking what do i have to do to win more than 2 in a row. obviusly i've gone 9-2 in my last 11 with an 8 game winning streak in the middle. just lost a heartbreaker to the tigers 3-2(had tying run at second with no outs,couldn't get him home) now, i'm afraid of a losing streak!!! but if it happens i'll be happy. when i first looked at your sliders i was afraid that it would be too easy. i was wrong. very good with a variety of scores(some close/some blow-outs/some high some low etc.)
i didn't change cpu pitch consistency to 7 left it at 10. seeing plenty of hr's. 46 in 33 games. great job with these sliders having a blast. and if anyone wants to know, these work great on the ps2 version.

Just wanted to say that I love these sliders Titus. Great Job! Having tons of fun with this game now.

**Only change I made is the change Dorismary made in regards to Arm Strength, moved it from 3 to 4 and seeing new animations and arguments I never saw before. Great Job again Titus!

Thank you sir! I still have yet to really play with it at 4 to test it out so haven't changed it on here(yet). From the sound of it though, it sounds like its something that will be eventually. Glad ur having fun!

I know Veteran scares alot of people but to me its the fairest game level.
I mean most of the time I feel what I do as a gamer / my skill effects the game and not some forced AI .

One game I made a few bad moves and I lost 10-4 as I should and the next game i played smarter and I won 5-2 and both games I didnt have to question the game logic once .

I've been liking these sliders too.

Had to share an interesting story from a game last night (not sure that it's entirely the sliders, but it's something I've never seen before).

I was visiting the Giants, and we were tied through 11. They had runners on first and third, with one out.

As I start the windup, the crowd gets loud indicating a steal attempt. I have my catcher come up throwing, never expecting the runner for third would be moving as well. He crosses the plate as soon as I release the ball.

I've never seen the computer (in any game, I think) win with a double steal of home. In fact, that's probably why it worked...I'm so conditioned to just throw it to second, since it seems runners are never that aggressive.

I was mad because I lost, but actually pleased with the game and how it handled the situation.
