I'm really no expert on sliders but wouldn't having CPU fouls and solid hits at 0 (on veteran difficulty) make them absolutely hopeless? or am i missing something here?

Thank you Aloia, glad ur enjoying them

Eve- I can see why you may think that...by looking at that, it would seem you would strike the cpu out alot, and throw no-hitters etc... Def NOT the case though. Now i do pitch using classic style, so honestly couldn't tell you if using meter pitching with these sliders would make a difference or not. But imo, I highly doubt it would. Just play at least 5 games with these, using different teams, different pitchers etc... I am 100% confident if you do that you will see a huge variation between each game. Each will play differently, with a different outcome etc... Good luck! And keep in touch with updates/opinions!

Actually believe it or not i've only played 4 full games and 3 have been complete shutouts, i'm using meter pitching, perfect slider set (for now using on veteran diff.) and as you all know the perfect slider set is pretty much default so CPU contact, power, timing are all @ 5, and the last game i pitched a one hitter w/ jurrjens to the cubs w/ 10k's!! and also once i had 6 k's thru 3 innings so i moved up the CPU timing to 7 and still ended up w/ 11 k's...so i dunno what to do, i really want something more challenging, but all-star is just no fun...

Well, just try out these sliders exactly how they are on veteran and see what happens. I use classic pittching so again, not sure how using meter pitching will affect these sliders. I really dont see a problem using either style, but give it a shot and let me know what happens!

I was ready to give up on The Show this year. Too frustrating trying to find slider settings that gave me realistic games. Reading the settings I thought they're not going to work for me, but since I was about ready to give up and trade in the game I gave them a go. I've only played two games using them (patch #3 issue has me on the sidelines until fixed) and have been very impressed.

I use classic pitching and auto fielding with me making the throws. With Titus' sliders it's like a whole new game. More variation with both hits and fielding, ie more realistic. I thought I'd dominate the cpu teams but that's not happening they're still getting their hits.

Anxious for the patch fix to get released and get back to playing with these to see how they hold up over 30+ games.

TO EVERYONE imo you have to use classic pitch with these .
Yep as wierd as they seem Titus did a great job and on Vet you actually have alot more control of your own fate .

great sliders titus!!!!! i already commented on my season status(currently 28-17 in my yankee season), but i just had a couple of questions if you please. i've been using classic 1/4 guess pitch since the start. i guess pitch and location for every pitch of an ab. it helps me read the pitches much better and k less often. i was just wondering if you(and other people of course) could comment on how you use it(all the time, certain pitch counts. eg.) also i allow myself the use of the power swing when i guess both pitch and location correctly. although i have 54 hr's and i really haven't kept track, but i know i hit them with power and normal swings. at the same time i've made better contact on pitches on the corner of the zone with normal vs power swings. sometimes only fouling off a pitch on the corner while using a power swing. i think maybe it's due to a bigger timing window on normal than power. just looking for opinions on these. any would be greatly appreciated. once again thanks for this great slider set!!!!

I never use guess pitch and i have no problem hitting or HRs .
Since Titus moved hu contact to 3 , I have had a easier time hitting in general overall .
Once again great set Titus incredible blend that doesnt get enough praise

Thanks man! I use guess pitch 1/4 as well, and use it the same way you do(every pitch). As far as the power swing, I RARELY use it. Only time I think about it is if I guess pitch type and location, in need of a HR(sorta), and its a power hitter ab. But even then, I still may not use it. I hit a realistic amount of HRs I think with the Rockies using just the normal swing though. If you have the swing influence on like I do, after you foul off a pitch that you guess correctly, click L3 and look at it.

If you noticed, the PCI locks in wherever you guessed the location at, no matter where the ball is placed. It's the downside of usinng guess pitch, but I have to use it cuz if not I'd strikeout too much, and wouldn't hit well cuz I'd be behind in the count most of the time.

I raised my errors to 7/7 as I dont sim innings and I had a great game but I left Linecicum in too long lol .
I lost 3-2 SF vs Oak but he had 15 Ks in 8 innings .
When I play bad I lose but I dont ever feel cheated like I do on higher levels

I started a new Phillies franchise with these sliders, and it is great. I was hesitant about the auto baserunning and fielding, but I love it. If you want some season stats, I could show you. I'm at the present day.

Ya, you'd be suprised how many ppl play with auto fielding/run, and guess pitch. Glad to see you have enjoyed the game though, good luck and have a blast!

Wondering if I should be worried after I played the Mets in a three game series as the Yankees and the Mets never scored a run. Games were 1-0 (extra innings), 8-0, and 1-0...

They got a guy to third only twice in the series and didn't even come close to HR. I'm hoping this could be chalked up as complete dominance over an inferior opponent. If that's the case then we can enjoy this:
