    Heros....any luck with the sliders?

BTW I bumped up my hitting to All-Star. Took me a while to adjust to this years version. I am proud to report I am seeing the ball like a grapefruit!

I've found that you really have to know your pitchers.

For example, I was having a lot of trouble throwing strikes with Jake Peavy. However in my 3rd game with him I realized, his stuff moves so much natuarly, that all I need to do is aim down the middle. His running fastball, cutter, slider and 2 seamer will move more than the arrows indicate. After throwing about 50% strikes with him the first two games, I got him to throw close to 70% in his last start. The point is some pitchers you don't need to aim for the black as much.

For classic pitching how long do you have to hold the x button down for?? Just until you feel the vibrate or is it until the pitcher is about to release the ball???

Im one of the few that doesn't use the dual shock controller. But I never hold it for longer than a full second. most of the times im just holding it for half a second.
