10 game losing streak, this is ridiculous!!! My guys are hitting the ball hard but it's right at people and all their hits fall in. Never been more frustrated in my life! Just gotta keep plugging away, they have to break out of this at some point.

Anyway here are the double and triple stats for you.

    51 doubles
    7 triples

I am, hard to do without Bourn though because I don't have much speed. I've tried hit and runs, straight steals, sacrifice bunts. Nothing works. I can get guys in scoring position but then my guys will line out, pop out, or hit the ball straight into the ground.

I guess that's baseball though, right? I just hope this doesn't last much longer. I've gone from a 12-9 record to a 12-19 record and have fallen 6 games out.

its weird, I have used your sliders and get really good games, scores seem real and play feels good. I play manage only mode. I have always used Nomo's in the past but this year every time I try his sliders in my franchise I get huge scores. It is always 14 to 7 or the like. I can't figure it out. If you look at the stats he puts up it should be perfect every game. His sliders are not that different then yours and you get better scores, and stats for me at least.

I guess people don't normally trust the new kid on the block...........Someone even gave my thread a low rating just because it's not Nomo's and not because they tried the slider set. But thanks for giving them a try. The secret is All Star Difficulty with API on. But don't tell the others as to them that's sacrilege.

What does the API do? Also what kind of scores r u getting
I'm getting more straight inning games then I would like
As the scores seem to stay close ESP in late innings. This is re. CPU v CPU not mom

Re: MLB 12 CPU VS CPU Sliders

Darksith, I hope I'm allowed to post in here as long as it relates to your sliders. If not, I'll delete this post.

The reason I came back in here is because I'm testing a set nearly identical to yours.

                Fouls 4
                Starter Stamina 6
                Fielding Errors 7
                Stolen Base Ability 4
                Stolen Base Frequency 8
                (Pitch Speed 10)

And the results have been stunning; keeping in mind I've only been through the team aces.

I'm playing every game on the schedule until I get through all five of every team's starters. Through 17 games, the box scores have been very varied. When I read the post above asking about blowouts, I felt the need to reassure them that this is NOT an issue. A 15-2 blowout comes to mind, and I've seen several teams whoop on their opponent.

Fwiw, I am also on AS with API on. But that's because that's how I set my game up. I know it matters to some people, so I decided to point that out.

All who are open minded are welcome to post here. I am glad you gave the sliders a shot. I want you and others to enjoy your seasons and franchises. Hopefully all the spreadsheets and testing can come to a conclusion soon. No offense but whenever I read some of the posts in other threads I need an aspirin.

Pitchers pitch batters tougher. Dont worry about it. Just leave it on.

API and Difficulty level have no effect on CPU vs. CPU.

Just wanted to clear it up in case people get the wrong information and start spreading it. This is straight from the Devs and from testing with real results. No placebo.
