Can't wait to start my new franchise! I usually use middle of the pack teams with bad farm systems, so I think I'm going to be the Angels in my next franchise.

Thanks for the roster, it's great! Have a quick question that I've been wondering for a while but never asked. Do you guys use a "formula" to determine minor league players ratings or? Just asking for my own curiosity. I guess I'm kind of wondering if the minor league players ratings in your roster are based off a formula similar to the way the hybrid roster uses a formula to rerate the players.. It seems like this has been asked by someone else in the past and answered but I can't find it in the forum and I can't remember what was said. Thanks again for all the work you guys put into this. About to start my like 14th franchise with this roster lol

                    Good stuff.

I've been personally going through and updating the SCEA ratings of a lot of players. It seems like some are up to date completely, and others haven't been touched since their original ratings. (E.g Carlos Correa is still an 85 on these vs 90 now even though Judge is 88)

You disagree with Statcast, according to Statcast Sprint Speed Dyson is the #18 fastest player in the MLB with a Sprint Speed of 29.0 which is far from Billy or Buxton 30.0, as much we dislike or disagree this is the 1st time we have stats and measurements for speed and not eye test or just SB numbers.

                        Re: #OSFM v3.0

First of all, Thank you Ridin and your team for all the hard work you do. It's very much appreciated. I do have a couple questions for you basically on your thought process in making the rosters.

You guys have the best rosters out and I don't think anyone would really argue with that. I have noticed that the one spot on your rosters that could greatly enhance is the appearances of many players, especially with the new players added in 3.0. I was wondering if you guys have ever gone through the vault and looked for people who are really good at appearances to recruit them to your team? (Disclaimer: I have tons of CAPS on there but am NOT pushing mine at all. I am not talented enough) I was taking about guys like Motown. Why not get a few people to make appearances and u export there guys into your roster (as a base) and add your rating and such to make it ever better? Is it because of time constraints? Because you believe looks are subjective to the individual player? Or do you mainly focus on the other parts of a player more that we know is done so great every time you release it.

I personally think this would greatly improve the roster that is almost perfect in my opinion. I asked the same question before and was told you guys don't like to add anyone to your team. I don't believe that answer was true for the record. Just was curious. My worry is one day your roster won't continue to be the best and you guys will stop making them...continued innovation is the key to long term success. (Not saying you guys don't) Anyways, thank for the reply ahead of time. Have a great day.

P.S Before anyone comments a rude or "jerkish" comment, don't. I am a happy, positive member of this community and am always respectful to everyone else here. This is a serious, legit question (not accusation) that was asked in a respectful manner and I expect that back. If you are disrespectful, I will take it a moderator. Just a heads up.

No disrespect but the appearances of ALL players are done, all faces are done by guys who have been doing them for years. I have seen some faces in the vault and not impressed with lots of them. Thanks for feedback

I can fully respect that but there are a lot of talented people on there and unfortunately some of best looking caps are not on your roster. I can easily just import other ones. I was just mentioning it cause I have noticed they been getting relatively less accurate. I wanted to give some feedback that I had and others have had and didn't wanna comment to upset you or think we are not appreciative. That is farthest from the truth. I mean in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter. Nothing will ever be perfect. Just wanted you to know. Have a great one. All you do is awesome
