I still expect the numbers to drift a bit, but they sure do look good for now...

On a sheet, if you put your cursor on the top-left cell named "sliders," a pop-up should show up with slider setting.

I'm usually on computer so I don't know how the thing looks on a smartphone. The 4/20 set is this:

              Code:
              Contact: 6
              Power: 4
              Timing: 5
              Foul Frequency: 3
              Solid Hit: 5
              Starter Stamina: 7
              Reliever Stamina: 5
              Pitcher Control: 1
              Pitcher Consistency: 4
              Strike Frequency: 6
              Manager Hook: 1
              Pickoffs: 5
              Fastball PS: 10
              Offspeed PS: 10
              Fielding Errors In: 9
              Fielding Errors Out: 6
              Throwing Errors In: 7
              Throwing Errors Out: 8
              Fielder Run Speed: 4
              Fielder Reaction: 5
              Fielder AS In: 5
              Fielder AS Out: 5
              BR Speed: 5
              BR Steal Ability: 10
              BR Steal Frequency: 5
              Wind: 0
              Injury Frequency: 5
              Trade Frequency: 5
This isn't really "official" beta yet though. There are a couple settings that I'm keeping away from optimal values to see exaggerated effects on the game.

What do you mean by "simulation"? For simming all games or sim-style HUM vs. HUM gameplay?

I think it would depend on which interface (zone, directional, etc.) you allow in your franchise and the skill level of players involved, so there isn't a clear-cut answer to that.

For example, the sliders I work on may work fine for people who use Directional for hitting and Classic/Pulse for pitching at All-star level... but for other interfaces and difficulty level, your mileage may vary.

I would go for Directional hitting and meter pitching

If your league is "strike-only" type of league, you cannot expect certain aspects of game to play realistically... (i.e., walks in particular). So I assume that you'll be making compromise on those.

I don't know what difficulty level is, but I can only make a concrete suggestion assuming it'll be on All-star.

Personally, given that the skill levels of players are unknown, I personally would just start with Power 4 and Wind 0 or 1... because HRs is really an unrealistic thing that needs help from sliders to fix. I'd say this is a must for this year's game (until a patch drops).

Other changes I would say isn't as important, since the changes introduced by slider adjustments are likely to be much smaller than the difference in skills levels of players in your league. You need to watch how the league plays and make adjustment as you see fit I think.
