Yes they can.

I saw your comment in the impressions thread. If you do not approach the game exactly like I play it on the OP (read all of it including my approach, house rules etc) this is not a one size fits all.

Also if your finding All-Star too easy (after 60-70 games minimum) time for you to step up to HOF (which is something I did back on MLB 18).

These sliders are very particular to classic pitching, directional hitting, no visual aides what so ever. Auto fielding, manual throwing (buttons no meter throwing).

So please read the OP carefully.

Don’t think I forget about Yankees Year 4. We are closing in on the end of the regular season.....sitting a 100 wins and battling for the best record in all of baseball with the Indians and Dodgers.

Gary Sanchez willl be missing the rest of the season as he is out another 3 to 4 weeks as we close in on the end of September. So we have a full fledged platoon at catcher between two young rookies in Julius Cooley and Stephenson (whom we acquired from the Giants in the Tanaka and DJ trade). Speaking of the Giants they have surged in the NL West to position themselves as a wild card along with the Rockies.

The Marlins.....what a story they are as they hit the 100 win mark as well. Two rebuilds that started on MLB 17 (Marlins and Rockies) have come full circle in Year 4 in 2020. Amazing.

The Red Sox and Blues Jays are locked into the wild card game and the winner will face The Yankees in the ALDS.

The Indians will play The Mariners in the other ALDS Series.

In The NL it looks like the Dodgers will play the winner of the Giants/Rockies wild card and The Marlins will take on the Cubs.

I will be streaming Yankees post season baseball next week as I plan of finishing up the regular season tonight and tomorrow between my Madden 21 streams.

I look forward to a great post season and then we will need to decide what to do next. I really feel like playing two different franchises with the fantasy Royals we drafted using the brilliant 1980’s Strat-O-Matic roster and also concurrently playing Bacons brilliant Fictional roster using the Twins.

The sheer amount of amazing rosters this cycle has been a gift. And then of course that 1993 Full Minors is going to be released later this year.......I want to re-do Marlins history with that one in a long term franchise.

And....then there is my good old Fantasy Draft Cards from MLB 16.....in year 4. I love that chise as well.

How in the world can we find time for this incredible fun?

I’m 118 games into the season (every game/pitch) doing well with the reds sitting 67-51 up a half game on the hated cardinals. Been using these sliders all the way through. There is no better sports game out there! At the 100 game point, i felt like i needed a bit more challenge offensively as I had been crushing the ball most of the season. Nothing unrealistic, just a bit too easy. I simply bumped the pitch speeds and left everything else alone. This subtle change has breathed new life into this game. I feel like I’m earning every hit. Just thought I’d share for those in the same boat. Leave the sliders be, just merely adjust pitch speeds.
