I carried over at the last day of off season from 19. I'm in late may on 20 now. I sent Plutko down till early in May.

I can't remember where I did my off season. I think it was on 19 and then saved it before end of off season and then loaded it to 20. Then started my yr 2 campaign.

I have had it in my new Braves franchise when I started 20. I had Touki in the rotation for an injury and when he went back to AAA he kept getting skipped.

Ya, its crazy. I've never seen it happen either. Previously, if it happened, you moved him to start the next game and it would play him through the rotation.

I sent him down so he could play every 5 days and keep building since he would be a #6 in mlb rotation. I may need to just bring him back up, start him and then send him back down, or keep him up and try to utilize him more.

This is for sure a weird one.

So weird, last dozen games or so all my hitters hit like we're playing whiffleball. Rarely am I even getting good contact and when I do the result is week. This isn't a general assumption here, it's oddly pathetic.

In another thread, a guy was talking about this same thing after the last update, but he and I were the only ones afflicted by this. I need something to blame this slump on, surely it can't be my suckiness.

The Yankees are in the World Series!! They defeated the Indians in game 5 7-6 to move on to the October classic vs the S.F Giants who rallied from a 3-2 game deficit to win two straight in Miami!! And take the series in 7 games.

Former Yankees Masahiro Tanaka and D.J Lemahiu will face their former team!! (as well as current Yankees Joe Panick and Mark Melencon)

Catcher Gary Sanchez is fully recovered from fractured hand suffered in September and will start at catcher again.

This should be a great World Series!!

Can the Yankees win their 2nd title (2018 WS Champs) in 4 years?

Finally made it to the midsummer classic in my Marlins franchise that I started back in May (slowly but surely playing all 162) and its been interesting to say the least. Overall i feel like the Marlins are where they are expected to be.
Sliders wise the game plays beautifully, your guys get hot, they get cold, HRs come and go in waves. My biggest problem is getting strike outs. More so with my SP. We are dead last in Ks with 29th team 130 Ks more.
Marlins are currently sitting 4th in the NLE at 41-55. I went 11-14 in APR, 10-19 in MAY, 12-14 in JUNE, and 6-4 in JULY to the ASB. Had a few stretches losing 7 in a row twice, and at one point was 3-20 in 23 games. Headed out for a west coast trip to take on OAK and the NL Winning LAD and swept both, was extremely satisfying. One game vs OAK we totaled 7 HR for 23 runs on 19 hits.
Time for some trades, I cant wait.
Some teams stats.
Batting avg .250 23rd in MLB
H- 823 21st in MLB
HR- 78 28th in MLB
RBI- 407 21st in MLB
SLG - .405 22nd in MLB
ERA- 4.54 24th in MLB
SV- 28 14th in MLB
HR allowed - 110 7th in MLB
K- 557 30th in MLB (29th is 120 Ks more, my biggest issue, not sure if fixable with sliders)
H allowed- 878 25th in MLB

Unfortunately I also agree the K issue is not fixable. I also am dead last by far in my franchise at 87 games in, almost exactly where you are. It seems to be a legacy issue in my opinion.

The team will have all it’s key ingredients returning to make another run at it. I am so tempted just to keep going on MLB 20. I am so invested in this franchise as well as 20 itself.

I made a firm decision to not go to PS5 for a couple of years. Especially after reading the reviews on the console. It is simply not a must have kinda thing for me. I can easily wait.

So I very well may get Year 5 going on 20 at some point.

Now we are going to dive into our Fantasy Draft 1980’s Strat-O-Matic Royals franchise.

And we are awaiting JMeyers and Jethtotulls 1993 full minors to re-write Florida Marlins history!!!!

Truly am hoping I will be playing MLB 20 on PS5 by this weekend.

I will definitely be giving you guys impressions, and getting back in to my Phillies chise(S2). I'm hoping I won't have to redo all of my Sounds of the Show, but I'm expecting I will probably have to.
