The new MLB 22 thread will be forthcoming later on today as I have to construct it as usual.


Make no mistake though.....we are still playing MLB 20 and Yankees Year 6/Statis Pro Pirates/Fantasy Flashback Giants and all the amazing classic creations are alive and well.

We will be enjoying a modern day franchise on 22 (team yet TBD) side by side with the GOAT MLB 20.

This thread will be alive as long as I am LOL.

I will commence some MLB 22 test streaming today as well.

But first we are playing/streaming a Yankees Year 6 game in 10 minutes and going on the air 10AM EST. After that we are doing some mega streams today and tonight with MLB 22 on the PS5.

And it is the PS5 version we will be playing for MLB 22.....no doubt about that.

Is there a specific reason you are doing the PS5 version of 22? I assume you aren’t worried about SOTS with 22.

What a great surprise from the fam, Armor!

Extremely early impressions from me on the PS5 is that 22 has the potential to be one of the special games in the MLB The Show series. I shared many of the same disappointments and frustrations as you with 21, so wasn't sure what to expect for 22 but was hoping that there'd be a course correction and again, it's early, but it appears there has been.

Fantastic gift from the family. It's always great when your spouse accepts your hobbies and helps you embrace them.

My wife told me when I was on the fence she was going to buy it for me if I didn't. Lol.

Working 6 to 6 today but have it all downloaded and ready to go myself when I get home tonight.

This is some exciting news. I as well will get the game on Tuesday and I can’t wait to see how it plays. I definitely will still be playing my Braves franchise on 20 till the day I die. Lol.

Down loaded it today also . Reading so many great reviews from everyone , I could not resist. First game was a 4-1 win by the Yanks over the Rangers. Game plays awesome. Graphics , presentation and commentary are great just like everyone is saying. Played that game on HOF with default sliders. Will plug in Armor’s beta set and check that out tonight. Enjoy guys!

So I just scored a ps5! I can’t wait to get MLBTS 22 after reading the reviews but I wanted to complete the 20 season I’ve been playing on my ps4 pro first.

Is it worth transferring that franchise to the ps5 or should I just finish it on the pro?

Congratulations on getting a PS5! IMO it’s definitely worth transferring . 20 plays buttery smooth on the PS5. For that fact it’s worth it alone. Enjoy
