Interesting. I never knew classic was actually less cut and dry than just push a button. With that it seems that meter and classic are one in the same, just one is more visual. I'll have to find the thread on that when I'm at home on my pc.
The brewers series was interesting, and up and down. The results were as follows:
L 2-0
W 7-1
W 14-6
L 2-1
Bats were up and down, and in the 14-6 game even my two under .200 hitters got it going, but Corbin burnes put the breaks on the pirate offense in game 4. Pitching...I still don't like the lack of runs. Walks are up a bit and I'm actually seeing strikeouts, but unfortunately after 4 games plus the finale against the Nats I'm noticing a couple things. One is they are not hitting enough mistake pitches hard. Yes it happens, but just not as many as I feel they should. I'm breathing a ton of sighs of relief. Two is they are grounding into a lot of dps to end rallies. I think I forced like 10 of them that series. I am finally getting into a lot of pickles, which is great, but they are not bringing down the hammer. Heck the 14-6 game could've been close if they got a hr in two specific spots where I messed up a pitch.
With all that, im not totally sure if the lack of run production is due to my whole pitching staff being on a roll and needing some time to get "cooled off", or if it's going to be an all-star problem. I do know there is just a few too many weakly hit balls especially on meatballs, and it's leading to several quick innings. My next move is probably gonna have to be up the difficulty, but next up is the Yankees for two games so they might really give me a good feel for what I need. I also play the brewers again for 3 games after the yankees.
