Thanks. It would be nice to know what these rating changes are based on (personal preference, actual stats/data, etc). I want my franchise to be as realistic as possible.

I appreciate all the work everyone puts into making rosters.

I see BostonRob has a 2024 roster on the first page of the vault.

Does he adjust player ratings? If so, based on what?

Excited to get my franchises going once I decide on what rosters to use

I honestly don’t know the last time I’ve had more fun with this series. It’s always been great but the games I’ve gotten since plugging these in is crazy. In the past 3 weeks I’ve played it probably quadruple the amount I played it previous to that and I got it on release day.

Between the current, 90, and 98 rosters I’ve played about 20 games and each game has been great at least with the MrMets rosters. The classic rosters still have no oomph on offense after about 10 games. With the MrMets rosters I’ve had high scoring games, low scoring games, come back wins and losses, and blowing a lead. It’s just been extremely fun and nothing is cheap. For once I feel afraid of the CPU on offense especially in the 5th to 7th innings when your starter is going good but they give up that lead off single and all hell can break loose.

I really want to buy 24 because the feedback is much better than I expected, but I’m trying my best to hold off until a sale.

I'm new , i bought the 23 last night,I would like to play with everything disabled except for the strength bar for throwing the ball to the bases, is it possible to leave only that option?

Why decisions general is on? Isn't it easier that way?

I can swing input with Stick ?

Play the game anyway you want.

But we love taking a pure "ratings primarily drive the results" approach. Kinda lime playing Statis-Pro or Strat-O-Matic baseball approach (old table top baseball games from the 80's we used to play).

Armor, did a draft and there was a SP prospect drafted 1st round by the Angels with a name of Lyle Herzog. Any relation? Lol

For those looking to "freshen" the game up a bit......

I've been a retro hit cam and broadcast pitch/field cam guy for a few years.

Now I think the in-play offense and in-play defense cams set to dynamic view (especially with auto field and auto throw) is glorious.

I am also digging the straight up Catcher (not the near or far one) for the hit cam is amazing. Pitch speed has to go to 10 (instead of 8) on HOF though IMO.

Broadcast still my cam of choice when pitching.

Is MRMET2488's March 2 rosters still the way to go, if we are sticking with '23?

I haven't seen anything else with any traction..

If so--are any major moves needed for these?
