Re: ***The Official OOTP Thread***
We had a really good OS one a few years back that Hustlin was running. Really good fun!Comment

Diving into this thing, and it is fantastic as usual. Going to do a dynasty with the Jays (Manager & GM) and a managerial one with a NL team (suggestions appreciated).Comment

Re: ***The Official OOTP Thread***
I'm two games into my Braves franchise, sitting at 1-1. Got an opening day W against Latos with Teheran on the hill then lost the second game after Alex Wood gave up a 3 run shot to Michael Morse late in the game. Excited for the series finale to see what newly acquired Shelby Miller can do.
I don't know how y'all play the games out but I do not sim any games, I play each one and pitch by pitch. I know that's not the way most play but that draws me in more. The 3D views of the field and ball flight I'm not feeling, I was hoping to take advantage of that option but I will be leaving it off. Just looks too flat and dull to me.Comment

Re: ***The Official OOTP Thread***
So I started as the Cubs and yes, I too demoted Bryant. It made the most sense since I essentially get him for the whole season and an extra year. Only bad thing is that my team will likely start slow as I also sent Baez and Alcantara down with them.Comment

Re: ***The Official OOTP Thread***
I'm really enjoying OOTP this year so far. I'm right about at the trading deadline in my Reds save, and I am in second place 7.5 games back of St. Louis. My goals were to upgrade LF (I traded for Michael Saunders who was better than Byrd), finish .500 which I am on pace for an sign Cueto to an extension. That is the only thing I won't be able to get done this year. He's having a Cy Young quality year but is asking for $250 mil. I'm not going to be able to afford half of that. I'll just take the draft pick when he signs elsewhere.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals
