Re: High Heat 2004 Anything & Everything Thread

I just got this game and was wondering if those with knowledge could point out the best mods for this game. I'm looking for rosters, updated and historical, realism/gameplay mods, graphical upgrades, and anything else you can think of. It would be great if you could provide a link to where to get each one. Thanks.

Re: High Heat 2004 Anything & Everything Thread

Are there any updated rosters for the PS2? I dont mind if they aren't from this year or even last. Just looking for something within the past 3-4 years that I can work with. Bought the game awhile ago for like $2 but haven't really gotten into it. Im currently juggling ASB 05, MVP 05, mlb 10, 2k10 and alittle bit of HH 04 (I know im a baseball whore). I just love baseball too much, and even though I work for a minor league team, I just can't get enough of it. Any help will be appreciated.

Re: High Heat 2004 Anything & Everything Thread

Love this game still....just bought it off ebay for 2 bills. most realistic baseball game STILL.
Anbody else notice that batters/pitchers with custom stances, if you try to edit it them in anyway...they lose thier custom stance? I.E. i tried moving chipper jones from lf to 3b....and he lost his custom stance?!?!

Off the top of my head these are the batters w/ custom stances and can't edit...
            Ichiro
            Nomar Garciaparra
            Derek Jeter
            Gary Sheffield
            Rubenn Sierra
            Jim Thome
            Moises Alou
            Miguel Tejada
            Eric Chavez
            Jeff Bagwell
            Chipper Jones
            Alfonzo Soriano
            Sammy Sosa
            Brian Giles
            David Justice
            Jason Kendall
            Shinjo
            Barry Bonds

Boggles my mind how guys like kendall, sierra, shinjo, alou got custom stances and Griffey Jr., Pujols, M. Ramirez, V. Guerrero didn't? I'm guessin they were friends w/ the guys who made it? Lol i can't figure it out. Even w/ pitchers too...there's only 5 pitchers w/ custom....R. Clemens, R. Oswalt, A. Leiter, H. Nomo, K. Ishii....but Pedro, R. Johnson and even Schilling (Who is on the over lol) didn't? Just seems random

For the insane people still checking this thread:

              HH2003 Sim league has openings!

Check out mlbcsimleague.com and be astounded that it is in year 2079.

Seriously though, we never have openings, but all of a sudden, there are 3. If you're interested, I'd be glad to help out (as would all of the other owners) regardless of your experience with sim leagues. Any knowledge of HH would only give you a leg up, though. And since you're reading a HH thread....
