Next time I will actually take my time into getting the whole batting stance, along with my stride and a swing in the strike zone.

But see, you're right... where I swung would be too high, and a ball. But the game has the strike zone up there. So as you can see, we have a problem.

You keep bringing up others. First, tone it down, lighten up and don't be so sensitive and defensive. That would be a start.

There isn't one person here who doesn't understand the strikezone, the grass friction slows a ball down, etc., etc. Could be the way you present it?

I don't understand how they can't agree with me if they understand these things, then.

By the way, as we can see, Jeter's stride was fixed. Before he had the Jenkins stride (as we saw in this trailer). We have since then noticed the correction.

Yeah sorry I have a good eye for seeing holes in swings. So next time get your baseball uniform on and step into it. Then I can see what I am working with!

Look Blzer it goes like this, you are talking to grown men that understand baseball just as much as you do, believe it or not. Just realize this you are not going to show us soemthing we don't already know. But keep in mind this is just a video game to us. And this is not a knock on young people, but when I was in college life was cake, so I had a lot of time to worried about all these video game issues. Now I have other issues to deal with lol.

Why do you have a need for people to agree with you. You know there are guys on these forums who have played in a lot higher league, actually on teams, than you have. You know that, right?

But you gotta understand, when you go around scolding people you're gonna get ragged. Nature of the beast.

Being a video game makes no difference. We expect things to be real in other aspects, why not these ones?

Yes, I know that. But that does not have to do with the way that the ball actually bounces on grass, especially when there is visual proof.

I don't need people to agree with me, but I need people to understand that "rocket arms" is not the issue. That way, this issue can be resolved once and for all.

Can you say that you agree with reality when I say that the bounce/roll of the ball is unrealistic? Can you say that the strike zone is too high? Have you watched/played enough baseball in today's era to understand this? I'm not trying to rag you, but I would like that you agree with reality (not me, but reality) on this one.

It is a rocket arm to a point. If it didn't bouce it still got there to fast!

I'd have to agree that last year, the velocity was too high. This year it's realistically toned down. But you see, that's where air drag comes in, especially with long throws. SCEA got this right in The Show. Therefore, that's not to say my idea is too geeky or I am going off to tangents that are just irrational to be implemented in this game.

No Blzer, I played in the old era, you know the guys who stunk it up, Mays, Mantle, Aaron, etc., lol.

Blzer, give it a rest. You keep saying the same thing over and over and over again. I'm gonna have to put duct tape on my head so it doesn't explode, lol.

                      Gotta pack it in.

It's just because I'm not getting an answer. Does or doesn't MLB 2K7 realistically portray today's correct strike zone and a mowed grass's real force and physics when a baseball strikes it?

Can you say it is just a video game. It will never be perfect no matter how hard they try lol.

If you go by today rule book. Then yes 2k's strike zones is right on.
