        Re: PC version question

Yeah, NBA 2k9 was the same price for PC. Port of the 360 version. No Living Rosters.

Ron over at 2ksports.com has already stated that MBL 2k9 for the PC is a port of the 360 version. No Living Rosters though.

The Chinese were the first to crack the files for NBA 2k9. Then the flood gates opened up so to speak. Uniforms, Cyberfaces, Rosters, etc...

Not a bad game either for a first effort on the PC.

            From the site:
Living Rosters – Active roster updates guarantee your game is current. Rosters are automatically updated behind the scenes, so you’re never late on a trade and always have the hottest players in your starting lineup.
*Can't be used in a Franchise that is already started though.

              I've got a HP
              Intel pentiium dual-core processor E2200
              4gb
              360gb harddrive
              Nvidia Geforce 7100

Sounds like it probably won't have online play. The PC version of NBA 2K9 didn't have online either. I'll still get it on PC for franchise play and the mods. It's a steal for 20 bucks

More comparable to NBA 2K9's, actually...there was a thread on this a while back and I'll look for it, but I see Simballer on and he may answer you before I can find it.

Edit: NM, the specs were posted.

Your CPU is good enough. Your GPU might be, but not sure. Is your GPU integrated onto the motherboard ?

I would say the CPU is good enough to run the game, but not on its highest settings. The recommendation is 3 Ghz dual core (or equivalent) for that.

My PC is 2.20ghz, requires 2.80 for VIsta.

                            That make it a no-no?

That's not quite all there is to it. Yours is a dual-core, which means it runs faster than a 2.2 single core. The 2.8 requirement is for a single-core.

I'd wait for somebody who knows more about dual core/single core conversions than I do. FWIW, my processor speed falls below the 3.0 recommended, but because mine is a quad-core, Simballer says it'll have enough juice to run at full spec. It's the same kind of situation.
