Re: Anyone else thinking about PC version?
I'm just hoping that you can get at the .ini files like you could with MVP. Home Runs won't be an issue if you can play with things like ball physics. There were a lot of good gameplay tweaks with MVP 2004/5 after guys started messing around with the code. I just want to see some gameplay vids to see if the fielding AI is sound. A poorly written game can only be tweaked so much. You've gotta have a good foundation in the basics. And that hasn't been t eh case with this series this gen...Note to Tiburon Marketing:

If the game plays a solid game of baseball, then I will purchase it this Fall of of Steam.Ⓥ Boston Red Sox | Miami DolphinsComment

Re: Anyone else thinking about PC version?
I grabbed last year's version with a hope of modding it and there just wasn't much you could do with it and I threw it away. Don't expect the depth of mods that were created for MVP, but I'm sure a few folks will tinker with it.Comment

Re: Anyone else thinking about PC version?
Yeah, I was also disappointed in how little they could tinker with the game. Last year really did feel like there was a decent game in there trying to get out.
Thankfully, this year's offering looks 10x better than last years.
Maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be $19.99 again. If that means they cut out the MP, fine by me! Just don't leave out the MLB Today stuff... I want my dynamic commentary!!!!!

Re: Anyone else thinking about PC version?
Anybody know what the system requirements are? I haven't been able to find them. I'm interested in the PC version, but I'm not sure if my CPU will be able to handle it.Comment

Re: Anyone else thinking about PC version?
I'm rolling with the PC version. I believe the mod community will make this game go to another level like they did with NBA 2K10. Updated stadiums, players and real marketing banners for stadiums. You can't go wrong, plus you save around $35 bucks.Comment

Re: Anyone else thinking about PC version?
Yea.. I just hope the uniforms get dirty this year in the PC version. How ridiculous was it to see every player in a crisp clean uniform the whole 9 innings ?Comment
