@ThatZachGuy if brown is doing well for you then u should keep him as bench player then bring him in, in KEY situations

On another note I need suggestions on who 2 start my franchise with:

Yankees(fav team)
Marlins
Diamondbacks
Tigers

I thought about keeping him up but too many outfielders on the roster then. I am not going to send down Juan Pierre or Lance Nix so I had to sacrifice Brown and hope he continues to do well down in Triple A. Now onto your team choosing. In my opinion the Tigers are a franchise that you could have a lot of fun with because of their high powered offense. On the other hand I like going with my favorite team because well I follow them the most. So if it was up to me it would be between the Yankees and Tigers.

The Astros ended April on a 7 game losing streak which included two three game sweeps by divison rivals (red,brewers) Wandy Rodriguez was our best picture going 4-1 on the month and Carlos Lee was our most productive hitter with a team leading 4 home runs and 20 RBI's (leads NL) the Stros' start may with an 9-14 record and fourth place in the division.

I think I'm going to get a better SS, because I don't see Tejada as a every day starter. Pelfrey might also go with Harvey, Familia, and Wheeler coming up

@jack1535 your options for a ss could be:

Alcides Escobar-Not a good offensive player but if he gets on base, he could steal u some bases and plays good defense

Zack Cozart-Can provide decent offense, steal some bases, plays good defense

those are MAIN 2 I would try 2 get especially Cozart as he can provide u some offense unlike Escobar would be able 2


As for my franchise with my YANKEES which I'm about 2 start since I took a longer nap then expected so Ima be up all night playing

Went out and got Oswalt

First series/game is against the RAYS can we get our 1st win of the season lets wait and see

13-18 with the Padres. I already have Morales on the shelf alongside Orlando Hudson. Cam Maybin got hurt and they tried making it a 2 week deal. PC Franchise editor to the rescue!!! Let's just say he healed quickly.

When you guys do analog hitting do you find a big increase in power based on better timing of the first stride back? I think I noticed that last game.

It's fun playing every game (hitting) and seeing the league come into form.

I play every other game, sim others. I am currently 7-5, starters have been shakey like real life, bullpen solid, hitting solid. I have been able to hit HR's with mccann, uggla, prado, freeman, and heyward with mizzourahs sliders, only change classic hitting instead of analog. Last game prado had a walk off HR to beat mets 6-5 at home. Also, had brewers come to turner and beat me up 9-3. All different types of games, which is good to see. Hudson is getting hammered, might think about moving him if trend continues.

Most important thing, its a blast!!!!

I am 1-1 with the Brewers won the 1st game 3-0 with a 3 run homer in the 8th lost game 2 9-7 in a back and forth. Just signed Joel Zumea to a AAA contract 2 years 670,000 I am hoping to shape him into a 7th inning setup man

Just started a Franchise with the Miami Marlins. Won the first game of the season 3-0 over St. Louis. Josh Johnson threw a complete game, giving up only three hits.

With Hanley Ramirez, Jose Reyes and Giancarlo Stanton in the lineup, and Johnson leading the pitching staff, I have a feeling that this is going to be a fun Franchise to play.

So, I'm just playing along, and I win two nice games in a row against the Phillies to go to 15-20. I feel as if Jesus Guzman has been hitting well, so I take a glance at his BA, and it's .422!!!!!!

Here are his stats through 33 games:

1st game with Rangers beating sox 4-3 and all of a sudden my fielders won't throw to the base and i couldn't move them..

now i gotta start all over ugh

Transactions - April 23rd a big movement day for the Braves as 3 trades take place with different teams. One is for future without Chipper after 2012 as he will be retiring.

1. Braves trade - OF: Jose Constanza
Red sox trade - OF: Ryan Sweeney
2. Braves trade - P: Buddy Carlyle, 3B: Juan Francisco, OF: Matt Diaz
Orioles trade - 3B: Mark Reynolds
3. Braves trade - P: Randall Delgado
Giants trade - P: Sergio Romo

Braves get a solid contact hitter for OF backup, a solid now bullpen pitcher in Romo. Also, bringing in Reynolds for the Braves future 3B for 2013; moved to 1B for 2012, and put Freeman on bench(who has struggled for me). Chipper is starting season off strong, so this has been a big plus, especially with Reymolds 90+ power in lineup. Power with Prado, McCann, Uggla, and now Reynolds combo.

I am currently 13-7 and 2nd in East behind Phillies.

HR totals:
Uggla - 5
McCann - 5
Reynolds - 4
Prado - 4
Heyward - 2
Freeman - 1

Bullpen has been outstanding, saved alot of games for me, starters have been up and down. Kimbrel 9-9 on saves opportunities, 1.69 era. Hudson and Beachy are both 2-1. I moved Teheran to starting 5 and his first start he went 8.0 ip, .66 era, 8 so - and beat diamondbacks 1-0.

I have home series against Pirates now, 4 games, to end April. Biggest series is I swept Diamondbacks in Arizona, 4 games. Scores were - 4-3, 6-4, 1-0, and 8-6. All great close games.

I am loving this game right now.....I will update progress as I finish each month.

After starting May with the NL East lead, I've been a mediocre 8-9 through the 19th of the month in my Braves franchise. I'm now 23-18 and 3 games back of the Phillies and Marlins (who are tied for 1st).

Other than Hanson, my starting pitching hasn't been great. I plan on calling Hudson up soon and will likely send Minor down to AAA. He's second on our team in strikeouts, but his BAA is .307. The rest of our starting pitchers have been solid.

Our offense has been good, but far from great. As long as we stay within 5-6 games of the lead, we will be a buyer at the trade deadline. I believe that the position that we could attempt to upgrade (by looking for a 1 year rental type player) is either corner outfield or shortstop. However, I may be putting the cart before the horse, I need worry about getting the lead back first.
