Re: Not sure how I feel about MLB 2K5...
while i understand the grades are reversed and i respect a everyone's opinion, i'd grade everything a letter grade or two higher. i'm really enjoying the hell out of the game so far. i think it's a major improvement over last year and a really good way to spend a saturday and sunday (and hopefully monday night).Comment

Some people's expectations are just unreasonable.
MVP? I think it's an A game too but EA just did not advance it much at all this year. I feel like I'm playing a debugged 2004 with a few new cutscenes.Comment

Originally posted by mvandorI'm sorry but this is an A game in my book. Imperfect? Yea. But the presentation and graphics are amazing and make up for some spotty animation work. The gameplay is solid with the exception of the passed ball bug and a few VERY minor issues. The GM mode is in-depth and solid, although not MVP deep.

I hated what Sega did with this game last year, because I thought 2003's engine was really tight. And I'm no fan of what Kush did this year. To me this is a solid C effort. I just wish they'd finally decide on a direction and stick with it.Comment
