Sheesh what a wild half inning! Looks like Halladay got a little spooked by the irregularity of it all.

Poor Pudge didn't have a chance on either of those stolen bases, or the ball in the dirt really. What a throw by Wells.

LOL at everyone loving the strategy sessions in the pregame, then Joe and Tim talking Garner's ear off in key situations while he's pinned by wires and cameras in the dugout...

Was the count wrong or did anyone else notice Pujols struck out with only 2 strikes?

*edit- Count was wrong on the TV, pitch by pitch on ESPN.com shows the correct count.

Is there a more effective pitcher in baseball than Brandon Webb?

Looks like Zito's coming out next for the AL (after Halladay).

Better, yes... but this guy's sinker is so good it's like he's not even trying. I just think he's completely undervalued because he's not in the high 90's with "flashy" stuff.

I know this is incredibly off topic and happened an inning or so ago but i saw the commericial about a new host for FOX Football. What happened to James Brown?

This is a great tribute and all but no matter what Bud Selig does it always comes off as a joke. The man just comes off as a cheap car salesman....oh wait that was his job 40 years ago.
