I agree. Too many times, umps pour fuel on the fire. They are vindictive. Umpires need their egos taken down a few notches. They shouldn't be abused, but they themselves shouldn't be abusive.

Angel Hernandez is a perfect example. Every time he's behind the plate when the Mets play something happens.

David Stern treats his officials like gods and that has come back to bite him in the @$$ big time, we do not need the same thing in Baseball. In Football and Basketball the officials have way to much controll over the outcome of the game, umpires only have controll to a point. If the ump's are going to start baiting players to eject them, then the umpires are going to start having more controll over the outcome and that is dangerous. A good message to send would be to fire this clown and remind the umpires they are there to call the game not call the players names.
