    Re: Comprehensive Baseball Reviews

It's called exaggeration...but after playing all the other games on the market, it's true...

*ball leaves pitcher's hand, ball 1/2 way to home plate, ball in catcher's mitt*

There's like 3 frames of animation for each pitch, lmao. Game blows compared to last year. HH xbox is good, though.

WSB is a good game...so is MVP, so is HH xbox. Anyone who buys any of these should be happy.

                      Hey, Whip,

Thanks for the offering your input.

I just asked this on Steve's WSB impressions thread but I'll ask you as well. What game has the best Trade AI? Specifically are you seeing a lot of illogical trades in season/franchise mode? Also can you easily pull off lopsided trades? I assume the answer is yes for WSB since you were able to stack your lineup like you did without parting with the young pitching talent.
Like I said in the other thread, nothing kills the realism more than showing up at the Ted to play the Braves and seeing that Andruw Jones and Greg Maddux have been traded for some scrubs.

I havent seen what the CPU deals around to other CPU teams...but in that case with the Marlins I also forgot to mention that I had Mike Cameron and Jason Varitek as well, so the lineup was even better than I had posted.

So yea, I assume it's not airtight.

                              Hey Whip-

I just have one request. I would appreciate if you could playa game or two of MLB 2004 and give us some quick impressions. That is the only game that I haven't heard much about. Thanks
