    SEGA dropped the ball again!

how can you not get roster updates in the game, NBA2k3 has it NFL2k3 has it whats the problem?
MVP also comes up short with no roster updates.
i guess its high heat for me this year.
SEGA is about threw in my book
    can someone answer this?
how come all the new segasports games where xbox live playable, NFL,NHL,NBA,NCAA, i dont get it makes no sense to me.
in all acuality baseball game should be the easiest to get online with the smoothest play because of the lack of constant motion.
    No online play,
no roster downloads looks like another lost chance for sega,
the question is how many more chances are they going to get?

    Here's the reason:

It's like... NFL and NBA games were made FIRST. Not WSB... so it's like NFL and NBA are 1 year ahead of them. It's very hard to explain and stuff... but yeah.

thats a poor excuse and i doubt that they would use that one.
Consumers dont care how hard something is or what it takes to do it just get it done, they didnt need to rush these baseball games out so quick i would have waited another month if they would get it right for once.

They wanted to focus on that little minor detail known as gameplay No, but seriously, they would say that there were other issues that needed to be taken care of before they could think about online play. Personally, I think that they should make the best gameplay possible and once thats done then start working on special features

Our network programmer was undone by his poor spelling and run-on sentences. We tried to explain how much easier it was to do network for baseball, but that didn't seem to have any effect.

i agree but all there other games have it it seems strange to me, that would be like the new nfl2k4 not being online makes no sense. Microsoft is doing it they way it should be done they are taking there time getting everything possible in the game including online play and ya it takes longer i dont mind waiting tell may

do the roster updates your self manually. Your loss if you don't get the game.
