    Hey HeelFan, How goes it.

I agree. Part of the fun is doing the rosters yourself. All the players that we'll be able to edit. Hope the gameplay improved because I'm ready for the game. Really enjoying ASB, no High Heat for me this year, so WSB will either take over or be my "winter" baseball enjoyment.

"how can you not get roster updates in the game, NBA2k3 has it NFL2k3 has it whats the problem?
MVP also comes up short with no roster updates.
i guess its high heat for me this year.
SEGA is about threw in my book"

I remember reading another thread in these forums stating that SEGA will find other means of distributing updated rosters. It'll probably be through OXM discs (like the DOA3 attire updates). So lets not get your panties in a bunch, mmkay?

you guys keep missing the point, we are customers we dont care about there probloms i.e. memory shortage or what ever just get it all in the game like i said the memory prob. is easily solved with 2 disc's it can be done but they didnt wanna take the time to do it thats the bottom line..
You know whats so frustrating is that every Sega Sports game they put out this last year was almost the perfect game but they rush ed out every game and they all had problems!
SEGA STOP RUSHING YOUR GAMES OUT PEOPLE WILL WAIT, JUST GET IT RIGHT.

Re: SEGA dropped the ball again!

I was thinking about WSB this year because of the online play and roster updates. I was using the online play feature to overcome my boredom with baseball games.

I noticed over the years that Baseball is just too boring to play on a computer or console. As much as I love the Yankees, and love going to the stadium, and listening to, and watching the games, I find video baseball games to be boring. The last basbeball game I found fun was Baseball Stars for Nintendo.. (and Hardball on the Commodore64was pretty cool too)

Anyway, my point was - For the casual gamers like me, Online play was a definite selling point, and it's a shame it was not included.

perfectly said, if sega would have waited 2 or 3 months and got online play in. there sales would have been threw the roof, just as you said alot of gamers that arnt even baseball fans would have gotten it.
