I can see where he's coming from Doughty. Some ppl rather play online than a franchise or season. Just like on MVP, no warming of the pitcher is my "game killer". May seem a little slow but for me, thats killing my gameplay experience.

Well to be honest, those are two completely diffrent things. You're right, he is crazy.

Bottom line people, dont expect to be given everything you demand. These are games, while you should expect more, if the developer cannot give it to you, dont whine and bitch about it; either write to them on improvements you will like to see or move on to another product, plain and simple.

THe developer doesnt have to GIVE you anything, especially demanding this and that. There are plenty of games out there that cater to what you want. Expecting polished gameplay in a title is one thing, but having them throw everything they can for the sake of having everything and then demanding that they give you what you want is being a crybaby.

They dont have the options you want, do what others do, move on to another title. Eventually they will either put in whats needs to be put in to be competative with everyone else or they die out.

My thoughts anyways, i just learn to buy the games that i will enjoy the most. I dont take gaming as passionately(sometimes fanatically) as some of you do; i just play to have fun.

Don't act like you guys with Live weren't mad/suprised when sega said this years title won't support xbox live. I just think it is inexcusable to not at least ATTEMPT and make the same kind of infastructure as the other games, including nhl. Playing NBA 2K3 vs. the computer gets incredibly boring, while online can have me up all night with someone to chat with and the game will play smart.

perfectly said, if sega would have waited 2 or 3 months and got online play in. there sales would have been threw the roof, just as you said alot of gamers that arnt even baseball fans would have gotten it.

Yeah and we would get hooked on a different baseball game and end up not buying WSB. Anyways, it would probably be buggy. Next year Online on WSB 2k4 should be awesome.
