Another great win.... B. Law was on the money today and great defense overpowered the Dodgers yet again. Eaton better carry it over into tomorrow's game... and Burroughs needs to start hitting again...

The season is six days old, has anybody started hitting yet? I'm happy to see the Pads have strung a few wins together, but I still know it's going to be a long season. You know what I love about the early part of the baseball season? People making snap judgemants about their teams in the first couple weeks. Who here really thinks the Royals will be in the playoffs? So Burroughs has gone two games without a hit. How many times did Gwynn do that (Yes I know, Sean aint no Tony)? Two games isn't a slump, but two weeks is.

Couldn't have said it better myself Lhayes. You need to move back down here before the new stadium opens next year.

We played good the whole game, Burroughs kinda blew it at the end there though. He needs to learn to hit in clutch situations.

Burroughs problem is that his putting pressure on himself on stituations like that. Once he learns not to, then he'll be clutch.

Good God man the kid is 22 years old, there is a ton of things he needs to learn. It's not like he's been in the bigs for 5 years. One more thing, how many clutch situations has he seen in his long career? I'm guessing maybe, uh, 2.
