Xavier Nady's swing is good. He'll do good this season, but he'll have a high number of K's on him not because of swinging on bad pitches and all, but he's facing most of these pitchers for the first time... and vice versa.

Read the scouting report on him. He's always had a habit of expanding his strike zone. He still loves to swing at that pitch up and away and out of the strike zone.

I do have to admit, I am really excited about him playing this year. I just don't want the expectations for him to get too high too fast.

I hope Peavy can continue his success he had against LA. Giants need to lose!

I hate to admit it, but I think tonight may be the Giants first loss. Peavy's pretty good, and I'm not sold on Moss yet.

One thing I found funny about Peavy is that he isn't a K pitcher. He is good, but the K pitcher was supposed to be Oliver Perez (he's been different since he slid into first base trying to win a game for the team). Moss... I think we hit him badly when he was with Atlanta.

Wow, thats 16 replies in about 3 hours.

Anyway, I think Kotsay is good at 3 for now, because who would be better suited there? Yes, you could say Nady, but then what happens to the end of the lineup? It becomes the black hole it was last year.
