And you were the one who brought sympathy in to a thread about someone who died, for the person the killed him (and 2 others). You used poor judgement as much or more than anyone here.

Now please eject from this thread as it's not about the waste of humanity that killed these people.

Just because you don't have the intent to murder anyone, what's the difference? Its like going into a crowded place with a gun and shooting blindly. I didn't intend to kill anyone but if someone gets killed.. well ****, my bad... I didn't mean to. That guy is likely to get charged with murder.
Apparently he's been charged with 3 counts of vehicular homicide, felony hit and run and felony drunk driving.

There is no excuse to be made for a guy with a suspended license, with a previous DUI record to be made. The guy made a conscious decision to drive despite those factors and he killed several people.

i think the guy will be looking at between 3-15 years in prison, he will have plenty time to get his life together... hopefully when he gets out he will never be able to get a drivers license again...

Yeah because not having a drivers license was so effective for him this time around. I am sure that will again be an effective defense from him killing innocent people.

I pray to God he never leaves prison.

Yeah that's what I heard along with possible murder charges who knows... but I was referring to the shooter in my example. Its a shame.

Again you brought feeling sorry for a guy who killed 3 people in to a thread for one of the people he killed.

Think about it. Poor judgement is exactly what it is.

Well what do you think man? Right now I have the same feeling for you as I do the ambulance chaser lawyers.

Sorry.. not meaning anything personal... it just hit home hard.

well im an adult, who can see things from more than one point of view. if you consider that poor judgement then that is on you. i am also a firm believer that it is not any of our job to judge this man. that's between him and god.

please just stop responding to me if you can't be mature. this thread is being ruined because people want to keep attacking me.

I'm w/ya as hopefully this guy gets the roughest penalty possible...however, like I stated earlier, what about the family of 5 that's hit head-on and killed by a drunk driver but the story never makes the news? There shouldn't be any tolerance level (as in a 0.000 blood alcohol level) but sadly there is...

Back to Adenhart, I'm not sure what type of life insurance policy any MLB club offers but I hope LAA treats the Adenhart family extremely well and accomidates any of the expenses.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

But I have no sympathy for people who post their opinion on a public forum & then complain when people respond to those opinions. In fact, you're the one that took this thread on the road its currently on. Yet, refuse to answer for your words when questioned.
