Oh I thought of something. Last year in a Babe Ruth game someone on our team hits a pop up foul past first. We were playing on a crappy field that was really spread out, so there was a line for out of play, not a fence. The fece was about 20 yards further away. So the ball is up in the air, and both umps are yelling out of play. Well, the first baseman runs full speed into the fence, with his head going right into a hard sign. Seriously, full speed, he didn't put his arms out or anything to break the fall. The ambulance came, and he ended up being ok, just shaken up, and he cut his mouth on his braces, but it looked like it would have been a lot worse
