Right bro,
Perez shows flashes of talent so did Ruben and then they would just blow up and do nothing right fact.
Ruben was to trying. Explain why he would show flashes of talent to explain. You can't cause they both have the same problems think they are the best and will not let anyone help them when they are messing up cause they believe nothing is wrong.
Perez can have a 10 K game and walk 1 and then the very next game get rocked for 6-8 runs, walk 4-6 and K 2 and Ruben can go 3-4 or 2-3 and hit a homerun and everyone will say see that is what they are looking for and then bam the next few games he wont get a hit or mess up somewhere then people bag on him and Same thing with Perez.
The Two are the same. They Both are losted don't know what to do its like when they do good they say Wow! I can do that and then mess up.
How about this Perez and Ruben get there heads on straight and they could be something special but, they can't so they are over.

I don't know much about Perez, but he IS 22!!!! 22 year old major leaguers have major ups and major downs. If in 3 more years he's still inconsistent, then there might be a problem.
However until then, I don't see any reason why someone would call a 22 year old rookie who has a mid-upper 90's fastball "done".
