It happens all the time when big names move. Holliday in 09 and Cabrera in 08, had a horrible first half but finished with better years than they usually do.

Almost always happens, he will finish big.

Not worried at all. His career and in his prime would disagree with every law of physics.

              He will be fine.

Yea....but Miggy went from the NL to the AL, and is the year you are talking about with Holliday the year he played in Oakland?

Crawford didn't even leave the AL East.

He's just in a funk, and is probably over doing it because of his contract and pressure to perform in a big market.

It's not just a matter of facing new pitching. It's everything. New team, new house, new fans, new friends, new everything.

Sad day when you go 1 for 5 at the dish and your AVG and SLG both get multi-point increases...

Yeah. He's struggled in a whole 14 games. Like if you add a 0 to the end of that number that's basically a whole season.

I think his biggest problem right now is that tweaked his batting stance and it is not working. His hands are higher and he seems a little more open. If he would go back to his old stance he would probably snap out of it pretty quickly.
