I don't think I've seen anyone dispute that fact.

Either he cheated or he didn't, there is no gray area in this. Ignorant move on his part however this turns out.

Im a huge Brewer fan, and I dont think he cheated.

I just think he made a dumb mistake.

Right! Still love Brauny no matter what. Who am I to judge?

            Exactly, no exceptions.

Interesting, we may not know the outcome on Sunday. The arbitrator is not being inhibited for 25 day deadline.

Not sure what to read into that, except the arbitrator is might be having a heckuva time trying to decide.

I purely speculating, the longer this takes, the harder to prove Braun's guilt.

I'm just throwing that up in the air, though.

                Roady...
I hope I'm wrong....because I kind of want to see him clear of this..
But I take it the other way.
He came to the MLB with his side of the story....and it being a little "touchy" subject, I think they are trying really hard to exonerate him and have him go with no ban.
I think the MLB wants it's MVP to start the season....and start playing right away with nothing hanging over him.

I think I'm agreeing with you, too.

The longer the decision making process, the more we see Braun on opening day.

By not informing the Brewers on a timely basis, though, makes it more difficult to plan for ST and opening day.

I'm sure they already have a plan for this.

Aoki in left until Braun comes back is my guess.

Sounds like we should hear about Braun on either Thursday or Friday at the lastest.

If Ryan does get suspended... does anyone know if he can play in AAA until his suspension is over?

I'm 99.9% sure suspension applies to all levels of MiLB ball as well.

I could've sworn Manny Ramirez played some Minors ball before his suspension was up.

You get up to 10 games in the minor leagues as a rehab type assignment if you're suspended 50 games.

You also can't just assign a player to AAA unless he is on the DL doing rehab. To do this, he would have to be released and clear waivers unless he somehow had some time left.

He doesn't have any options left?
