The fact that Braun was willing to provide a DNA sample to see if the sample did indeed come from him, and the MLB denying says a lot to me. I mean, why not see if the sample matched? Seems fishy to me.

As much as the Cardinals fan in me wanted to see the Braun-less Brewers, I'm glad he wasn't suspended. He seems like a good guy and I really hope his story is true.

It seems like the media and other people's opinions want to lump Braun into the same camps as the Bonds, Sosa's, McGwire's , and Manny's of the world, which is fine if you feel that way.

I just personally feel Braun's case is different because the suspension was over-turned, even though, it was over-turned on a "technicality."

After watching Braun's press conference and reading the above article that Dayman linked, I am more inclined to believe Braun's innocence.

We all know that other people that were guilty have tried to deny it before, but after watching Braun yesterday, I just felt Braun said it with more conviction.

Very interesting and not surprisingly something that hasn't been covered by ESPN (at least not as of yesterday).

I think no matter how you spin it, no matter how many facts you release, Braun is going to be guilty to a majority of the baseball fans because most people do not want to think about the process.

When you consider the types of arguments that start on a simple message board when facts hardly prevail over public sentiment, it's nearly impossible for Braun to ever expect the large majority of the public will take his side.

It is as he said, "The process is guilty until proven innocent." Unfortunately, Braun miscalculated on one thing: There is no proving innocence.

Great story, but he didn't mention once that it was synthetic testosterone. That is the problem, unless Braun's urine can create it by sitting it in a cup for 2 days. If that is the case, Braun should collect all his urine and sell it to drug companies.

This is Braun getting off on a technicality, plain and simple.

Will Carrol is a respected journalist formally of BP on the subject of steroids. He has sources as well as any other journalist out there. According to his sources, Braun's defense team repeated the process a few times and the results were the same, high T results.

Based on the podcast, they replicated the results similar to MLB testing process.

Also, interesting to note, Braun won't be on an accelerating testing program. If MLB feels he's so guilty, why wouldn't he be?

You don't understand the background of my avatar. And essentially Bonds was convicted in federal court for misleading authorities on his PED usage.
