At least we won't have to worry about that matchup happening any time soon in the postseason.

Wow I thought the kid on the Michigan LLWS team was the tallest kid, but the pitcher for California is 6'4".

"Swag Daddy" still has him by 50 lbs though

I'd say it's pretty much done. They've been so public about it that they'd look like a bunch of old farts if the owners don't pass it.

            This **** never ends...

Kansas City Royals infielder Miguel Tejada will receive a 105-game suspension after twice testing positive for Adderall, a penalty that could end the career of the 39-year-old former American League MVP, sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Miguel Tejada's story would make a great movie. Take a minute to read this if you haven't already:

Miguel Tejada is baseball's version of Forrest Gump

This was a guy that was looked up to by all of the young Royals players this season. Not a good situation.

Better having rocks in their head, than stones thrown at them(and breaking bones),like the 2013 Blue Jays.

Jays are 13 new roster players away from setting MLB history for most players used on a roster in a single season. They're 8 away from setting a franchise record. How many people think Jays will break their franchise record? And how many think they'll break MLB record?

Though to be fair...the MLB record setting team had a number so high because of trades, not injuries. So 2013 Jays could very well end up having the most roster players used in a single season, due to injuries.

I have no idea if it's my TV or what, but Greg Amsinger needs to layoff on the spray tan.

                    Good lord.

That California kid is stuck up. Spoiled brat who beat CT last night. CT has to win tonight and go through them again.

Yesterday was the 6th anniversary of this...whatever it was:

                          <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/0e7Ws5nAWXk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I remember that night like it was yesterday...was the last day before school started and I was sitting in Burger King with my friends. I had it so every scoring play from O's games got sent to my phone, and I swear that thing was going off every 5 minutes for like 2 hours

AWESOME NEWS! It's too bad that Scully only works on the west coast these days because if the Dodgers go to the WS i'd love to know that he's calling all the games.

I had completely forgotten that the score was 3-0 O's in the 4th.

According to Morosi, the Angels are expected to replace either Jerry Dipoto or Mike Scioscia before the start of next season. I'd be surprised if it wasn't Scioscia.
