Dusty plays his utility guys almost as much as the starters.

Non-starters on Dusty Baker's teams start 3-4 days a week (not counting pinch hitting) and get 300-400 at-bats.

Barrett was hitting .380 and coming off an All-Star season when they turned him into a platoon player.

I have a feeling that Walker will play a lot and possibly lead off when he does, Grudzielneak will leadoff at the other times. Patterson is absolutely not a leadoff hitter and a large part of the reason he hit so well last year is because he didn't have to worry about leading off.

The Cubs just don't have a true lead off hitter, I am also a little concerned about the OBP or Gonzalez and Barret down at the bottom of the order, hopefully Barrett will flash some of the potential he had a few years ago.

A-Gon is .240 with the occassional homerun, tons of strikeouts, and sterling defense. That's just all you get from him.

I imagine Barrett will be considerably better than that at the plate.
