yeah but there is concern whether or not now they can resign kerry wood, btw though i think that this is a really good move because it really strenghtens their pitching staff to go along with a nice batting squad. I think they can overtake the astros because i look for a down year from clemens and possibly pettite.

If the Tribune Co. lets go of 2 aces, in a matter of 12 years, heading into their prime I will never forgive them.

Back in '92 when Maddux went to the Braves, he turned down the Yankees and said he didn't want to play in NY.
