    That is a very nice rotation, although Lowe had a terrible 2003 season. It's so nice to see the Cubs have the best team in the NL, and the Red Sox have the best AL team. And no, the Yankees are not better than the Red Sox at this point, I don't care what you say.

    Terrible, he won 17 games, thats more than Kerry Wood won, he had one fewer win and one more loss than Prior, so i would not say he had a terrible season.

      Agreed but as a baseball fan who has no ties to either team, from 1 through 5 I would still take the Cubs rotation over the Red Sox.

      I agree. Didn't they lead the league in strike outs for a starting staff? They are loaded.

            Not only did they lead the league in strikeouts as a staff, the total NL strikeout leaders for the past two years breaks down like this:

            1. Wood
            2. Prior
            3. Schmidt
            4. Clement
