Re: MLB Off-Topic
Okay, three random things:
1) It's a wonder that Fernando Rodney can still hit upper 90s with his two-seamer and 99 with his four-seamer.
2) This was mentioned on the Nationals broadcast, but I agree it's funny that they mention the Dodgers have had five consecutive home walk-off wins, instead of just saying they've had five consecutive walk-off wins (as for the audience to simply infer that those were counting home games only, since you can't have a walk-off win on the road).
3) So, Chicago is the "windy city," and Wrigley Field seems to live up to that name with the wind sometimes blowing extremely hard in, or out, or whatever. Why doesn't Guaranteed Rate Field also have those aforementioned wind conditions? Both are extremely close to Lake Michigan, and both have relatively open environments (I'd even go as far to say that the outfield signage at GRF would create more wind tunnels, but I don't know much about it). I know they have different orientations and this might be the difference, either because maybe GRF has a crosswind that seems less impacting or the three-deck structure blocks some of the wind that Wrigley seems to maintain. I'm just curious in general, because I never hear anyone speak of any wind for the White Sox, but I always hear about it for the Cubs.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Natural causes is a "Manner of Death" (Natural, Accident, Homicide, Suicide).
If he had a heart attack, the Manner would be "Natural" and the Cause would be "Cardiac Arrest" or something similar.Comment

ah, I didn't even know heart attack was a natural death. I need to put this in ''took too long to realise'' thread, I've always thought of natural death being a peaceful one.OSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23
