Really not a big surprise, but the Marlins showing just dominant they can really be.

And it's nice to see my Orioles with a winning record at the end of April!

Yep, Rangers took both games from the BoSox in the double header today. The Sox scored 3 runs in the 9th and had two on with Ortiz coming to the plate with two outs. Coco Cordero shut'em down though. He has some nasty stuff. That was so exciting.

Biggest surprise is that Ken Griffey Jr. made it through the month of April without getting injured.

I've got you all beat. Ronnie Belliard finishes out the month of April with a batting average of .400. It sure surprised the hell out of me. How the hell does Ronnie Belliard, a career .271 averae guy, never finished a season over .300 in his life, hell, never even finished a season with more than 150 hits, come out this year and in one month post a .400 average with 36 hits, 11 doubles and 15 runs? I know it's just one month, but it's a helluva way to start a season when he's been known as a mediocre hitter his whole career.

                              where do i start?

                              Players:
-Mussina with a 1-4 Record and an ERA over 6.
-Jeremy Burnitz .300AVG? 8HR's (gotta love coors)
-Rafael Furcal/Ichiro Suzuki both batting .250?? wow
-Gary Sheffield only 1HR for the whole month of april? those thumbs must really be bad.
-Scott Podsednik (maybe last season .300AVG and 40+ SB were no fluke)
-Charles Johnson putting up amazing power #'s in april...i thought his career was over when he was traded to the dodgers, apart of the piazza trade.
