Well that would again mean the entire Rangers team. It's about time they decide to let the kids play! No one is missing A-Rod right about now.

Wouldn't that be something if they pulled it off and won the World Series. That would create a lot of media attention.Colorado Avalanche (NHL)
Denver Nuggets (NBA)
Green Bay Packers (NFL)
Iowa Hawkeyes (NCAA)
Minnesota Twins (MLB)
Tennessee Volunteers (NCAA)Comment

Biggest surprise? My Texas Rangers! Currently in 1st place in the AL West. Took the first of a double header from the BoSox today and are leading them 5-1 in Game 2. This has to be the surprise of the year so far. It's still early but they are a fun young group of guys to watch!

I have to agree here. This team is going to be great in a couple years. They're very young and all have bright futures. My favorite Ranger has to be Mench, I played baseball with him when I was in high school, and yes...his head was huge then too.Comment

Re: Biggest suprise so far?
If we're talking individual players, I'm going to give props to Oliver Perez. He went into last night's game 2-0 with only 5 walks, more Ks than innings pitched, and an ERA of around 1.90. He gave up 5 runs in 5 innings last night, but most came off of hits that were of the seeing-eye variety. He also didn't walk anyone and struck out 7 in his 5 innings.“In my lifetime, we've gone from Eisenhower to George W. Bush. We've gone from John F. Kennedy to Al Gore. If this is evolution, I believe that in twelve years, we'll be voting for plants.” - Lewis BlackComment

Re: Biggest suprise so far?
My surprise is that the braves have an above .500 winning percentage!!! in a supposedly power house NL East, we are only 2 games back of the world series champions Florida Marlins. Maybe 13 division titles isnt out of the question just yetComment
