Did we really have to give up Gabby Guerrero? Jesus Jack Z is so clueless it's mind boggling. 5 years from now we will probably look back on this and wonder wtf were they thinking? Typical Mariners being desperate and trading a ton for an average player. This idiot does not know how to build a team. Just add yet another all power ton of strikeouts and limited on base player.

Why did they let an ump bat in the 11th?

Shouldn't have even gone to the 11th. Gardner went should have been strike 3 he literally went 3/4 of the way around he even started walking to the dugout yet he walks and ends up scoreing after another blown check swing call the very next batter. That's why Lloyd went on a tirade.

At this rate the M's will be selling in July anyways. Wouldn't be surprised if Trumbo is traded a 2nd time. They just traded Welington Castillo. They got him 2 weeks ago.

I sometimes wish Alex Anthopoulos would take that position but at least in some areas he's got a better baseball IQ than Jack Z.

One of the guys on MLB-N said it's most likely Trumbo would play at 1st.

Agree that this is a big 'ol case of "Scoreboard" for Lake and he shouldn't have done it, but really, the Fish cleared the benches over him shushing the dugout, with no other provocation?

Nobody handled that very well IMO.

Eh, I take it back after watching the play - Lake was jawing with Realmuto at the plate and THAT's what caused the benches to empty.
