Calling Schwarber's defense a bit suspect would be a generous description. Cubs will give him a long look at catcher since that kind of bat (if he develops as expected) would bring much more value as a catcher. He needs to work at it or he'll be the Cubs left fielder of the future, the bat will play.

And even though it was tongue-in-cheek, thinking about it more, a hypothetical Puig for Harvey trade would be interesting in both directions: two guys with superstar potential and huge question marks.

Took only a couple minutes of watching the Sox for something dumb to happen.

Sox up 3-1 w/ runners on 1st and 3rd for the Astros. Both runners score on a stolen base attempt of 2nd.

Needless to say I turned that garbage off immediately.

What huge question marks does Harvey have?

Good grief....I'd have sworn at the TV, shake my fist and turn it off as well.

If this horrendous play continues Farrell will be out of a job by the time the season's over. I actually think the overall culture of that team needs to change in the worst way.

What are your thoughts on Johnson, I haven't been able to watch all of the game because there is another show on I am watching.

I'm not sold that he can play the OF better than he can catch. He's not all that athletic. Though I suppose he affects the game less as a bad defensive OF than a bad defensive C.

His blocking seems above average and his arm is good from what I've read, but he really struggles receiving. He does seem to call a good game.

Tommy John? That's the only thing I can think of.

He had a successful TJ surgery by all accounts and has performed to expectations for somebody on its 1st year coming back. I don't see that as a "huge question mark".

OK yea I was watching America's Got Talent so I was flicking during the commercial breaks and he looked pretty good. His curveball has a big break to it. I am looking forward to his next start.

He's a pitcher who's already had to take a year off and go heal himself because his arm blew up. And since his return: 90 ERA-, 95 FIP-. Not overwhelming by any means and certainly not close to where he was in 2013.

Pitchers in general are huge question marks because they're always one pitch away from turning into pumpkins. I just think the risk profile is higher for a guy who's already had Tommy John surgery this early in his career.

Cubs down 2 headed into the 9th...it's J.J. Hoover time! Chapman getting a breather.

LOL. I said the same thing earlier today in reference to finding a pitching motion for Iglesias in MLB The Show. Doesn't have quite the same contortionist leg kick though.
