Sut is a brutal, brutal commentator. I hate myself for saying that, but it's true.

Rondon's slider is unhittable at times, but that was bound to happen with him throwing it exclusively. Struck out the side, but Milwaukee snuck in the tying run on a wild pitch/passed ball.

If you read my post, I said you were right. He has to get up and climb out of the stands before throwing the ball back in.

You said it was right in HS and college. There are plenty of rules at those levels that don't apply at the MLB level.

No I said I could work games at level. I should have specified more, but when you go to become a patched umpire they hand you a copy of the MLB rulebook for the current year and then go over some of the rules and plays and stuff you could possibly see. So it is the same rule for the MLB.

                Ballgame! Miguel Montero!

Cubs are 12-1 in last 13 games.

Lead the majors in walkoff wins. Holy Cow.

And your state must have crazy rules. I was a patched little league umpire when I was 13. In no was was I qualified for college games. Granted this was 25 years ago.

Maybe so; however, I don't have any umping credentials at all, but can still call a mean game of T-Ball.

Yea...I said I can work up to, same thing. Maybe it's just HS games, I honestly don't remember it was a couple of years, when I got patched. But I would need to learn all of the concussion stuff. And I think you have to 16 to get patched. But even if I could work college games, no college baseball team would give me games because I don't have enough experience.

Good point lol. And the umpires I had when I was pitching in college weren't very good so maybe it all makes sense now.

Working "up to" college games is not the same thing as working a MLB game. It's not at all the same thing.

The rule IN QUESTION is with regards to a MLB game. Jr's entire point was that rules between majors and college are often times different.

You're right it is different but also in another one of my posts, I mentioned that went I went through they gave us an MLB rulebook and that's where I get the majority of my info from.
