is boston just going to leave mike myers in. He's thrown more pitches today, then practically the whole season, and willliams and posada have singled off of him
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

I want to see a bean ball

Before you jump all over me here for suggesting it.. the Yankees continue to pour it on while the Sox gave up long ago.. There really isn't a rivalry anymore, like I said earlier, the Yankees are in a totally different class than the Sox and want to make the Sox pay. If the Sox want to go down.. go down fighting at least and show some guts.

This is the biggest playoff beatdown I can remember. I thought it was Boston's year, boy was I wrong.

well the cards against yanks should be an interesting matchup with two high scoring offenses. Howeva the yanks have done a decent job on the red sox lineup (when they've had to), and the cards pitching staff isn't as good as the red sox. Should be intereseting, but i say yanks in 6.

Think of how scary the yanks will be once they sign another 1 or 2 solid starters, maybe a lefty for the bullpen, and possibly carlos beltran.

Also, the red sox may not be as good next year as they are this year, because of all the free agents.

why are the yankees pitching tom gordon. They should rest him for a future game. Sometimes i do not understand joe torre.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

Game over, Yankees lead the series 3-0.

I don't think anyone could have expected this.

I did, to be perfectly honest.

                          Da Yankees win
                          Daaaaaaaaaa Yankees win

We just just gave the Dead-Sux the worst beatdown in League Championship Series History.

                          Manana, El Duque Babee.

Yes, then baseball will die because there's such a huge gap in the competition. It's not like the Yankees really need all that. Sad thing is, they'll get that, most likely.

Baseball really needs a salary cap. The luxury tax is a joke and should not be taken seriously by anyone. It needs another '94 strike.. and the owners should not waver from the cap. Steinbrenner objects, kick his butt

BTW, I bet that picture isn't reflective of what's going on in the Sox locker room. They're probably celebrating that it was only a 11 run loss. I think they're probably very happy :P
