Mookie showing why we don't bunt in our league

Obviously watch way more Yankees games than any other team, but I'd find it hard to believe there's a much better defensive 1st baseman than Teix. Dude's been great forever.

Kevin Pillar hits a three run HR in the 8th to put the Jays ahead.

After a futile stretch as the leadoff hitter to begin the season, the guy has been raking like mad. Still one of the best defensive outfielders in baseball too.

I did not see this coming.

Came into the game hitting .409 over the last 7 ballgames.

Interesting that Osuna didn't come into the game hopefully there's nothing wrong with him or anything.

Another close and tight game for the Jays this year. At least we can say that the Blue Jays are learning to deal with these kind of playoff type games early on in the year.

Carlos Correa with a ridiculous web gem, spearing a hot liner. M's have cut the Houston lead to 5-3 in the bottom of the 7th.

Home plate ump in New York should be detained and taken into custody. Maybe the most nonsensical strike call in baseball history.

I'll take it. Not sure what that ump was looking at that 3-1 pitch. Nice to see the rivalry still has some fire in it.

Not complaining though. The 3-1 was clearly a ball.

I wanna see that again. I think that slider crossed everyone up.
It looked like it clipped the plate, and the way McCann caught it, it looked like a ball.

The ump definitely missed the pitch before that, which was a strike, but that's a tough loss no doubt.

Sox deserve the loss considering the number of men left on base. That said, the arrogance displayed by the home plate umpire umpire after a number of horrid strike calls was impressive. What an *******.
