Going to the Angels game tonight. Gonna be nice to see two Hall of Famers in person again, and someone who should be one when all is said and done but doesn't have enough offensive numbers to actually be one.

Understandable...they suck, but I find them fascinating, albeit frustrating, and I find myself looking forward to each game every day.

It's interesting how winning covers things up...Jason Heyward has been AWFUL so far this year. If the Cubs had started slowly I'm sure there would be a lot of ink/talk about it...instead, I haven't heard one thing about it because the Cubs are killing everyone.

Pretty soon I don't think it'll be possible to ignore even if they are playing well as a team. Heyward's near the Mendoza line.

Wow, the Nats just completely ran themselves out of that inning. Looked like one of my Show plays online from last night.

We have officially reached Seagull-O'Clock as the Cubs bat in the 6th.

Poor review here...Zimmerman clearly safe. If the throw doesn't bounce he's out, but he's safe.

That is, unfortunately, clearly safe. Tie game.

That hit his glove. Fair, right?

No way to overturn that...if Harper doesn't touch it probably lands foul, but there is no way to tell from the angles so it's the right call.
